DJ Sells RVA

Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

DJ Sells RVA and Deirdre Jones Leeper respect your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to provide

When you use the website inquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, the type of real estate help you are seeking, and a message. Please do not submit sensitive financial information, Social Security numbers, account passwords, or other confidential records through the website form.

How the information is used

The information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange requested follow-up, understand the real estate services you are interested in, and maintain appropriate business records. Optional marketing communications are sent only when you separately agree to receive them.

Service providers and brokerage

The website uses HubSpot to receive and manage inquiries and Cloudflare to host and protect the website. Information may also be shared with United Real Estate Richmond when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide brokerage services, comply with brokerage policy, or meet legal and regulatory obligations. Personal information is not sold.

Cookies and spam protection

The inquiry form and hosting services may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the form, remember limited session information, measure basic website activity, and prevent spam or abuse. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect how the form works.

Data retention and security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, brokerage requirements, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and brokerage recordkeeping requirements. You may also opt out of optional marketing communications at any time. A request to stop marketing does not prevent communications needed to respond to an active inquiry or provide requested services.

External links and children

This website may link to third-party websites and social platforms that have their own privacy practices. This website is intended for adults seeking real estate information and is not directed to children under 13.
